With Pack Consultancy, CFS takes a further step towards its customers. It is no longer only the packaging machine and packaging material that form the focus of the product range, but integrated consulting regarding all packaging aspects.

How does Pack Consultancy work?

Pack Consultancy provides its customers comprehensive consulting and support right from the beginning. It is not individual aspects of packaging design that play a role here, but the overall concept. The interests of the trade are just as important in our service package as those of the consumer and low-cost feasibility.

The range of services includes complete packaging design taking stability, environmental aspects and modern design into account. Furthermore, observation of the competition and any research for utility model protection and patents. We look at the opportunities and prospects of sales presentation. This includes maximum exploitation of the shelf area and good stacking capacity and stability of the finished packs on the shelf.

We prepare sample packs in close coordination with the customer. Pack Consultancy presents various designs and colours. Possible opening aids, resealing systems and other consumer aspects are integrated into the samples on a trial basis.

We design new top films: with full-area and partial printing we examine all aspects of a new and modern top film design. Always taking into consideration printing options, printing costs, legal regulations, the competition and the corporate identity of the customer. We present all sample packs with the specific corporate film materials (CFS eXbase, CFS C-base, etc.). Our goal is to find the best solution for the customer.

Putting customer proximity into practice

Consulting and coordination are carried out together with the customer. In this way we not only maintain the proverbial proximity to the customer, but also through our local presence we can also optimally assess how and at what cost the jointly developed concepts can be implemented. At the same time we discuss whether there are complete solutions from CFS that meet the requirements of the consultancy customer perfectly and thus offer low-cost implementation.
