| 1st June 1949 | William Jensen founded Wolfking. |
| 1952 | The first grinder and the first small single shaft mixer was built. |
| 1968 | The first equipment in stainless steel for the food industry was developed and presented at the IFFA fair in Frankfurt. |
| August 1979 | Wolfking was taken over by the BHJ Group and Wolfking Denmark A/S was founded. |
| Mid eighties | Wolfking delivered the first conventional processing lines for production in China and the first fully automatic computer controlled line was supplied to the Netherlands with a capacity of 6-8 tons/hour. |
| 1991 | Wolfking took over Belam BV in the Netherlands. |
| 1995 | Wolfking received King Frederik IX’s Award for Excellence in Export. |
| 1997 | Wolfking took over Scanio A/S, which for many years was Wolfking’s supplier of lifting devices and band conveyors. |
| 1st June 1999 | Wolfking A/S celebrated its 50 years’ jubilee. |
| April 2001 | Wolfking A/S was acquired by CFS and became CFS Slagelse A/S. |
